Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fun Maths mobile application ("the App"), published by Agile Infoways ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform (Google Play) from which you obtained it.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or connected networks;
- Use cheats, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Agile Infoways and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
4. In-App Purchases and Advertising
The App may include optional in-app purchases and/or third-party advertising. All purchases are processed by the platform provider and are subject to their terms. Advertising is served by third-party networks whose data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Infoways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
