This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Infoways ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the AI Stickers mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the App, the following may be collected:
- App data — settings and preferences stored on your device.
- Network permissions —
INTERNETandACCESS_NETWORK_STATEare used by our advertising, analytics, and image-loading components (Google AdMob, Firebase, and Fresco) to display ads, deliver notifications, load images, and check connectivity. - Notifications —
POST_NOTIFICATIONS(Android 13+) is used to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. - Device & usage information — device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymous usage/crash analytics.
- Advertising identifiers — the App shows ads, and third-party ad networks may access your device's advertising ID.
The stickers in the App are pre-made image files (WebP) bundled with the App. Despite the name, the App does not use AI to generate stickers and does not process your photos. The App uses no camera, storage, microphone, or photo permissions.
To let you add stickers to WhatsApp, the App checks whether WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business is installed and exposes its bundled sticker packs to WhatsApp through a content provider that WhatsApp reads. We do not receive your WhatsApp messages, contacts, or account information.
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name or email to use the App.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- To remember your settings and preferences;
- To send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging;
- To diagnose crashes and understand aggregate usage;
- To display advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include Google Play Services, Google AdMob (advertising), Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, and Cloud Messaging notifications), and Fresco (image loading). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with the third-party service providers described above, or when required by law.
5. Data Retention
App and preference data is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. Aggregate analytics may be retained by our service providers per their policies.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law (such as COPPA or GDPR-K). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
